Job Description and Requirements:
The Director of Social Services is seeking a Secretarial Assistant to assist the Director with basic clerical duties and support to include but not limited to the following:
-Office Management
-Answer and direct calls
-Maintain confidential materials and files
-Prepare correspondence
-Schedule meetings
-Maintain Director’s calendar
-Other duties, as needed
Candidates must possess effective communication skills and computer knowledge. They must take initiative, work independently, and be flexible and adaptable to day to day operations.
