Job Description and Requirements:
  • The Director of Social Services is seeking a Secretarial Assistant to assist the Director with basic clerical duties and support to include but not limited to the following:

    -Office Management
    -Answer and direct calls
    -Maintain confidential materials and files
    -Prepare correspondence
    -Schedule meetings
    -Maintain Director’s calendar
    -Other duties, as needed

    Candidates must possess effective communication skills and computer knowledge. They must take initiative, work independently, and be flexible and adaptable to day to day operations.
    This is a confidential and non-union position.
