• Records Support Technician 1 – Child & Youth Services
  
  This position provides administrative support to the Youth Services Commission within the Office of Child and Youth Services.
  The Office of Child and Youth Services includes the Youth Services Commission, Juvenile Detention Alternatives and the Children’s Inter-Agency Coordinating Council.
  The position will help tracking and assure that the contracted agencies have required documentation on file and in compliance.
  The position assists with the preparation of subcontract agreements and organizes/maintains files.
  The position assists with the preparation of meetings, documents, phone calls and manages mail.
  
  • Provides administrative support to the Office of Child and Youth Services
  
  • Maintains files for contracted agencies
  
  • Assists with contracts, as well as fiscal and program reports
  
  • Helps with meeting preparation and organization
  
  • Manages unit calls
  
  • Manages mail, orders supplies and assists with purchase orders
