Job Description and Requirements:
  • BID COORDINATOR, PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:
    • Assist in all aspects of formal bid procurements;
    • Review/edit bid specifications, award letters;
    • Communicate with internal departments;
    • Communicate with vendors;
    • Create and prepare purchase orders; and
    • Data entry

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's Degree

    PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Excellent writing/editing skills;
    • Purchasing experience; and
    • Bid/contract knowledge
